So please don't be too critical of my Treasure Map (journal) since I'm like everyone else. I have "real" food in my house and I'm still trying to make good choices! So here goes! As of February 2, I won't be posting my food or exercise journals on Exercise Craze but you'll have a good idea of what I'm doing and what I'm trying to accomplish! Oh by the way, I MISSED my Kangoo Jumps class this morning at JCC! Soooo bummed! (Class was at 9:00 and I arrived at 10:00! Totally got the times mixed up!) But I did take my first Step Aerobics Class is years! Thanks very much Sandy for helping me through the class!!

Exercise: Step Aerobics 45 minutes-Calories burned (418 - Polar Heart Monitorr) Treasure Map-STEP 1 to good health! Step 1: Get moving! Burn some unwanted calories! Doing ANYTHING even if its for 10 minutes! Its a start! Start small if you're new to exercise and you'll be more likely to to continue! Make easy choices to exercise like parking farther away from the store you're going to or take the stairs. EASY choices to make if you will just be conscious that you do have a goal to meet and that "goal"
