I'm trying to be more health conscious and need the support of others to keep me on the "straight and narrow" path of good health! Peer pressure...! So, please make suggestions and comments on the blog! Follow me on Twitter and see what goes on for an "old" woman trying to get back into shape! I'm also going to focus on issues that effect women over the age of 45 which of course, is MY age group! Most women in this age group (including me) usualy find it more difficult to lose weight and stay fit. So follow along and let's see what happens!
